If you measure your neck and it doesn't line up with the options available (14", 14" with 2" extender, 16", 16" with 2" extender) than please send us a custom order request for a larger or smaller size.
A 2" extender will make a 14" chain adjustable to 15 and 16" or you can wear it at 14".
A 2" extender will make a 16" chain adjustable to 17 and 18" or you can wear it at 16".
