Shipping policy

Shipping times are not in the control of our shop.

We quote the times Canada Post quotes on their website for specific shipping options, and if Canada Post delays a parcel, it is not the responsibility of Shay With Love.

We offer Free Shipping which is Non-Tracked Lettermail, and the slowest service Canada Post offers.

We also offer upgrades like Expedited, Xpress, Priority, International Tracked, International Priority etc. All of these are tracked.

If Canada Post misplaces a Free Shipping parcel, it is not the responsibility of Shay With Love to replace the item because we do offer upgrades to avoid this.
