Birth Stone Add-On Charm

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the truth is that I never received this additional charm, even after letting the shop owner know about this and having a revision to another item in my order that had to be corrected 😢 I had reached out to the shop owner and she is aware of it, but it seems she forgot when she sent out my other corrected item in my order. I reached out again but haven’t heard from her since. It’s quite a shame as the charm quality itself is great and is really pretty (I have one of these attached to a necklace of mine I ordered from here), that is the only reason why I still gave it 3 stars. It would be 5 if I actually received it. I hope to hear back from the shop owner soon to get this resolved 🥺
