Please measure your neck in inches with a measuring tape before choosing your length. Another method is measuring a necklace you already own that is at the optimal length. If you are purchasing for someone else, we have extenders that you can add to your cart which add an extra 2 inches for them to adjust. The photo of our necklace lengths is on a 5'4 woman, 130 lbs. The necklaces will sit differently on shorter and taller, skinnier and heavier people.

absolutely fantastic!

I have nothing but good things to say about my order and Shay with Love's work and service. I was worried that the phrase I ordered (two words and an "&" from some very meaningful lyrics to me) wouldn't have fit on the 1" bar, so I left a note asking them if the phrase didn't fit that they could let me know if it needed to be changed. When I received my necklace I was so surprised to see that they made my necklace out of a slightly longer bar (1.5") so it would fit well, and that it left space for the mini disc charm I ordered with it! Their attention to detail is spectacular. They stamped the phrase in a way that none of the words would be covered when it was strung together with the mini disc charm.

The quality and craftsmanship of all my pieces from Shay with Love are outstanding. I also have a custom Paisley bracelet from them that I bought last year (which I literally never take off), and it still looks as good as when I first received it. It doesn't tarnish and it is still shiny and bright. I know that my necklace will fare just as well. The only thing I wish I did differently with my order is that I made a mistake with the length of the chain-- usually 14" is perfect for me, but with a longer charm I didn't realize it would look more balanced with a slightly longer chain. I will surely come back to order a longer chain, thank goodness they also sell replacement chains! :) This certainly won't be the last piece of custom jewelry I will buy from here. I've had bad experiences with other similar businesses, but Shay with Love has always been flawless, and their pieces are honestly gold-filled and handmade. Thank you so much!!
