If you are purchasing for someone else and aren't sure of their size, you can always add a 2" adjustable extender to the necklace by putting an extender in your cart. If you would like to add one to your own necklace for flexibility with sizing depending on shirt neck length or whatever reason, you can also purchase an extender.
